LOL

Salam ;)

LOL..this is so funny. Haha. I memang desperately nak kurus.

I have to shed another 4kgs to my pre-pregnancy weight. Lepas bersalin balik rumah, I timbang berat I turun 7kg. Lepas berurut-bertungku-bertangas turun lagi 3kg. Few days pastu turun sekilo. Lepas tu maintain je tak turun-turun dah. Even I cut down my rice intake. Jangan la stagnant camneh aje, atleast get back to pre-pregnancy weight pun okay. Hadoii..

Kat perut dah okay sikit, tak rasa perut lembik-lembik cam pas bersalin dah. Kat bontot ngan lengan yang lemak tepu degil gila. Haish. I pakai baju kurung suma ketat kat bontot. Aduhaiii. Hubs cakap kena workout, tunggu pas pantang nanti dia coach I. Takut pulak dengar, takut kena dera je.

Hubs selalu monitor food intake I. Especially time berpantang ne. Hari-hari without fail, call/sms tny lunch ape. Kekadang tipu jugak.

I dah lama teringin nak makan burger blackpepper. Hubs akan cakap, tunggu la May nanti. Huhu. Dinner tadi I cuba nasib lagik, hubs cakap tahan sikit. Pastu mula la drama, I cakap, 'xpela kalau camtu.nanti kalau saya mati awak letak burger tu kat tepi batu nisan saya ye'. Drama hokayh. Haha. Berjaya. Ngeh3x. Dapat la tadi makan burger, tapiiiii  hubs bawak balik blackpepper burger without cheese. Tak sedap pun ;(

Sabar ajelah. Tunggu abes pantang 100hari baru dapat makan burger sedap. Sobs

Go go go...u can do it..i ni tak boleh bertungku bagai pun dapat turunkan even bawah dr pre pregnancy weight,,turun banyak gilos almost 5kg from pre preggy weight..sebabnya masa Ammar demam 4 hari tu yg buat berat turun kaw2 tapi time tu sangat effect my milk production..nasi jangan kurangkannn...u need it for milk production..yg best skg makan la tetengah malam berat mentenn..i loikee..xtau la esok lusa naik balik padan muka i..hahahah..
