Inai & Henna from Chienta Zenobia D Touch

Assalamualaikum lovelies

Am going to start the wedding review with the Inai & Henna. The reason is, I am super in love with my inai & henna. Yes, syok sendiri to be exact.

I bukan jenis orang yang suka pakai Inai saja-saja. Henna apatah lagi. The last time I pakai Inai was back in primary school. I have this one thoughts, yang kalau I selalu pakai Inai, nanti nak pakai untuk kawen dah kurang seri. Taktau apsal I think up to that extend.

Kak Sha is the owner of Chienta Zenobia D Touch. Happened to meet her while browsing the freelance make up artist and henna. Thank God, I made a good choice of choosing her. 

She's easy to discuss, sabar layan soalan-soalan I yang ala-ala semua benda nak tau. Sangat menepati masa. Buat kerja kemas. I love my henna to the max. I don't know, the Inai and Henna turn out perfectly on my hand. Ececeh, ayat takmau kalah kan? Henna Kak Sha sangat merah ye, bukan hitam, bukan purple gelap. Just nice.

The gap between wedding at my side and teh groom's side is a week. So, a day before majlis bertandang I pergi touch up Henna at Jalan Masjid India, depan Mydin tuh. Seriously, big mistakes buat main terjah je. The color is black. Memang buruk tangan I macam buat tatoo. Pastu orang tu double design henna tu tebal cmne ntah. Maybe lubang inai tu besar sanagt kot. I memang terasa cam nak nanges time tu. Then, terus call Kak Sha gelabah tangan buruk dan esok dah nak sanding. The best solution is, main sabun banyak-banyak. I memang menyental habes dengan sabun serbuk,segala mak nenek la. On the day itself, henna I dah pudar sket tapi jadi kaler purple gelap. It was okay for me, as long as it is not black. Untuk Inai, I touch up pakai Inai serbuk yang MIL I kasik. My dearie Nadia as always was kind enough to sacrifice her hand untuk tolong I pakai Inai. I pakai about  6-hours time tido, memang berbungkus tangan dengan plastik siap tido kt carpet bawah. Nadia je seronok tido lena atas katil. Haha.

As for the kaki part, I dah tak touch up. Leceh la. But sampai skang, inai I masih merah dijari tangan, tapi di kaki dah makin pudar. Naek segan pergi majlis kawen orang, orang tego pengantin baru. Padahal dah basi pun. Hehe.

Okay, what I learnt from my experience untuk make sure Inai/Henna cantek:

1) Manicure/Pedicure. I buat a week before wearing inai.

2) Kilatkan kuku right before nak pakai inai. I used the buffer from BodyShop.

3) Tanggalkan inai sikit-sikit instead of terus basuh dengan air.

4) Once dah buang inai tu, bersihkan dan lap bagi kering. Dan sapu dengan minyak baby. (Kak SHa did helped me with all those things. Lucky me)

5) Before nak nikah/sanding(selepas mekap) makesure sapukan minyak baby lotion lagi. Sikit je, sebab nak bagi effect kilat. Jangan banyak sangat, nanti berminyak plak.

Forgive-Forget

What a challenging week for me :(


With the reception dress turn to disastrous. And how the tailor don't really care with my opinion/comments.
And 'he' kept on saying, "chantek..chantek.." whathefish? I am the one who will wear that dress kot.
Seriously, I cant sleep the whole night. After thoroughly thinking, discussions, my fiance and I decided to make a whole new dress for the Kedah reception. Not exactly a dress, because time is not permitted so I have to go for kurung modern as for the reception outfit. Tak sempat dah nak patch lace bagai. Redha. I know it will turn out to be so simple and the guests yang datang mungkin lagi vogue dari pengantin tetapi apakan daya, as long as I am confident enough with what I'm wearing, I believed it will still be my day. Pray hard, everything will turn out well.




Forget about the negative vibes yang keep on surround me for the pas few days. Let's forgive, forget and move on. I percaya takde rezeki but terkilan tetap ada. Dugaan nak tengok I gelabah-kuat ke idak. Hee.


I am going back to my hometown in a few minutes. Pray that I have a safe journey back home to Kedah. I believed the journey will be such a long time wasted on the road. And hoping that I can get ample-comfortable sleep in the car. (I am the useless co-driver. Haha). Also, lots of things can be settled when I am back home, like the legal stuff, outfit for my family, bunga pahar and VIP doorgift. 


So, let's have a pericous time with family. Selamat Hari Raya AidilAdha. Selamat Hari Raya Korban. And let us together remembering the sacrifice made by Nabi Ibrahim a.s. Moga-moga kisah Nabi Ibrahim a.s bisa menerbitkan lebih rasa kecintaan, kesedaraan bahawa 'selfish' is not the word that should be belong to human. Dan kita hidup hanya bukan untuk diri sendiri sahaja.

Rainbow Layer Cake

I don't have the chance to choose my own wedding cake. Because, it is sponsored by Abg Adi. He's a chef at one of the hotel in Penang and I believed he must have come with delicious and nice looking cake. Pray hard.
Basically, I have no idea at all what's the cake and how it may looks like. 2 tier kah? Fondant kah? I just don't know. Redha ja. Sebab segan gila kot gigih nak tanya. Kang dia terus tak jadi sponsor. Hehe.


What actually did the B2B give into consideration when deciding their wedding cake? Is it because of the taste?
Or because of the look?


If the wedding cake based on the look, I believed lots of B2B will choose the fondant one. Sebab, fondant make the cake look exclusive, kemas and rasa sayang nak makan. Cantek dipandang and definitely cantek dalam gambar jugak.


If people are to ask me what's my preferences?  I must say I want Red Velvet Cake (RVC), specifically the RVC from Bisou, KLCC. The reason would be, because I.Z is the big fan of RVC too. And I 100% sure the taste is so grreaatt.. Just that, it's quite expensive and gigih gila kot nak pegang dalam kereta sepanjang balik Kedah. Did the same thing masa gigih bawa balik choc cake dari KL masa engagement dulu, serious lenguh even Nad yang pegang lama pun. Hehe.


If I have the chance to choose my wedding cake,(like seriously if Abg Adi ask me apa yang I nak? Haha) I will choose the Rainbow Layer Cake. Sebab flavour of course bole pilih and sangat-sangat cantek dalam gambar.
Nice. I did came across one B2B had the Rainbow Layer Cake during the reception. And it looks so cantek in the picture and secara tak lansung buat I rasa the cake sangat sedap.


So, I've been browsing about the cake and it makes me feel like having one. Hehe. It's so mouth-watering :)

The Gorgeous Yasmin Hani

Gorgeous gila Yasmin Hani ne. Both of them made the perfect couple.
The make-up pun cantheeek, look at her eyes.. It's the talking & smiling eyes.

Of the Hantaran, Meet-The-Tailor Session & Pre-Wedd Photoshoot

I had a really packed weekend. Phew~ I thought of having my own sweet weekend, especially when December is not too far away. I want to be by myself menjelang detik-detik bergelar seorang isteri. But, lots of prep-things need to be focus. Mode kalut dah start :p


I have not started neither with the legal docs nor HIV test yet. Panick attacked. Seriously. :(

Yesterday, I went to Masjid Jamek area. I spend my time to give a visit to SSF (again?). I did surveyed the Bunga Telor and finding for deco ideas. I just love being there. I love everything in SSF, except the price. Quite pricey. You can get the same glass bowl at Romantika, with the price of RM5. SSF will surely cost you RM22.80 for the same size of glass bowl. But, I must say the quality is not the same. I love the photo canvas. I love the cake stand with the price tag of RM288. Crazy huh? I didn't buy anything there, just like always. Haha~


Later that night, my FMIL want to buy handbag for me, as one of the hantaran. Okay, I see it as rezeki. Initially, my fiance and I didn't plan for any handbag. Sebab I did tell him earlier, if it's not a COACH, then I dont want any. Demand tak perempuan tak sedar diuntung ne? Hehe. I must say, it was the selfish statement ever. Like, who am I nak request sampai macam tu sekali?


My FMIL is a big fan of Braun Buffel (pronounce as: 'brown beau-furl'.. just for sharing..i mistaken pronounced it as brown baf-fel earlier. Haha). I must expecting the bag is from there too. I should have a look at it earlier. So, takde la macam I took time giler nak pilih 1 beg. And segan sangat bila my FMIL just waiting for me, while I was wandering, rambang mata pegang 3 beg skali taktau nak pilih yang mana. I was trying to look at the price tag actually, pretending like I want to check the compartments but I cant find any. I rasa macam malu-serba salah when I finally chose the handbag and got to know the price. I must say, that's the expensive bag I ever have. Thanks Mami, I couldn't thanked her enough. 


Then, we had a dinner. Together with my fiance, future-sis-in-law, his auntie and cousins. I am still trying to adapt in the big family of him. :)


I should go for a meet-the-tailor session II right after Raya. I kept on scheduling the appointment as I was the Prime Minister. Busy ape pun taktau haish ;p . The tailor dah bising-bising, since 'he' cannot continue the beading + paching lace work before fitting. There I am, going to 'his' place after dinner at KLCC. It's about 11pm. I was trying to reschedule it again but mr.fiance dont think it is a good idea. 


I dont know how to react. I found out that I have the simple solemnization dress, which absolutely not my liking. I was expecting something that can make me 'wow' when I first looking at it. But, I am quite relieved as I can fit the dress nicely. Tak sia-sia I berdiet tak ambil nasi for 5days, kalau tak memang banyak benang kena tetas. Haha. The tailor, Rozie noticed that I dont really look excited on my first fitting. Then, 'he' explained that the dress akan lagi meletop lepas tambah beads, patch lace and all the detailing. I dont know. Just wait for the meet-the-tailor session III, on this coming 22nd.


Being perempuan yang banyak sangat berfikir, I cant sleep last night. Worrying the things that have possibility to turn out very well (who knows, right?). Nak risau apa kan? Asalkan ada baju yang boleh muat sudah. Haishh.. 


This morning, I woke up very early. I got a photo-session with The Photolicious team at 8am. Dengan tak cukup tido, eyebag takyah nak cakap apa lagi la..Hujan pulak, memang buat I mandi ala kadar sahaja. I enjoyed during the photoshoot. And now cant wait to see the photo. Hew~ I will updated about the photoshoot once I got the photo. 


And now I rasa regret sangat, sebab I baru lepas makan nasi after 5 days. Maklumlah fitting dah settled. Haha.


Till then, the boring entry without a picture.. Heh,, pardon me for being lazy :p

Tudung Nikah Mana Yang Jadi Pilihan?

Susah kan jadi perempuan? Sampai ke tahap tudung nikah kalau bole nak bagi perincian details. Banyak pilihan kat luar sana, just have to choose with the one yang sesuai dengan bentuk muka. Dan juga bersesuaian dengan budget. Oh lalala~ tak boleh syok sendiri, bajet juga harus di ambil kira. 

I tak kesah sangat tudung untuk dipakai semasa bersanding. I kesah sangat dengan tudung nikah. Dalam banyak-banyak event, I nak masa nikah yang perfect. Hew~

So, untuk nikah tudung macam mana yang sesuai?

As for me, tudung awning sangat tak sesuai.. I rasa macam buat dahi I bertambah luas lagi ada la. Dan I rasa macam kejung semacam. Haha. A big No-No. Plus, masa upacara batal air sembahyang, macam susah sket nk kiss dahi kn? Hehe.. Nanti nampak awning kemek, macam pic kat bawah. Kalau taknak tudung kemek, kena mendongak sket. Macam tak dapat nak feel ja. Hehe ;)

Kalau kena dengan muka, tudung awning kecik sangat cantek. I suka sangat tudung awning kecik ne.. Tapi I taktau I sesuai ke tak, sebab I tak pernah try. Lagikpun macam susah nak jumpa tudung awning kecik ready-made. Kalau custom-made I tau la, banyak bride tempah kat Puan Vispera.

I suka this one tudung, I dont know what people called it. Sungguh taktau nama dia, anyone bole tolong bagitau.

Gambar disusun mengikut harga, bermula dengan harga paling rendah. Makin labuh tudung makin mahal harga. Heh. Sukaaaa sangat-sangat.  

 

I start suka gilaa masa tengok Aida Gadis Melayu pakai masa dia bertunang. Dah orang dah cantek, pakai apa pun cantek kan? I tak pernah try kat muka sendiri lagii, tapi I rasa I akan nampak okay kot.. Haha, perasan betul. 

I tengok kat Puteris Bridal (Putrajaya), Udaimatunnur (Rawang) dan Kak Awin Seindah Wajah. I tau kat tiga tempat ne ja, kat tempat lain hamba kurang periksa pulak.

Harga?? Bole tahanlah, sebab dia range 300 onwards. Tudung jenis ne berlapis-lapis, so lagi banyak lapis lagi mahal. Kalau inner ngn anak 1st layer tuh, harga dalam 200++. Tapi nanti nampak leher pulak kn? 

Price based on what I'd surveyed from my friends. Ada kawan-kawan I yang tempah tudung ne kt Puteris Bridal dan Udaimatunnur. Yang kat Kak Awin I email dia sendiri for quotation. Suprisingly, harga kat Kak Awin lagi murah. Hehe. Tapi takde la murah mana sangat, sebab 3-3 ne selalu masuk Pesona Pengantin kot, so price memang mengancam lah. Heh.

Cuba bayangkan, kalau 3-3 event pakai tudung ne, mau kena budget around 1000++ hanya untuk tudung. Pastu tudung ne fancy sangat kalau nak pakai g ofis (confirm boss suruh balik rumah tukar tudung) mahupun buat g jalan-jalan. 

Perihal Jodoh

Kerja jodoh bukan kuasa kita. Jodoh kuasa tuhan. Sebab tu kita tak boleh jamin, the one yang sedang couple dengan kita tu adalah jodoh kita. Tak kira la dah berchenta kenal lama sejak zaman lahir pun, tapi kalau kata dah tak berjodoh tu tak boleh nak buat apa.

Dan tak semestinya hari ne kita keseorangan tak berteman, tak bermaksud jodoh kita lambat lagi. Jangan pulak makan hati tengok kawan kita sorang-sorang amek turn mendirikan rumah tangga. Jangan pulak berfikir kerut dahi, bila pulak turn kita nak sampai kan?

Kuasa tuhan. Kita tak tau cepat atau lambat. Kita taktau siapa yang akan jadi peneman hidup kita.

Kita hanya boleh berdoa banyak-banyak, semoga jodoh yang Allah tentukan tu adalah yang terbaek untuk kita.

Let me give real example. I have a friend. I knew her since Form 1, 12 years back.  I knew all about her love life. I dah bercouple dengan dua orang berlainan but she still with the same guy. During my Engagement Day, she still talk about the same guy. But, they broke up finally after that.

When both of us car pool to Hana's reception on 1 June, she've been worried that she might getting married late. Her parents are worried too. 

A week after that, I received a phone call from her, telling me that she's getting engaged next week. Oh my god, my first question to her was, 'Dengan sapa? Kami kenal dia ka tak?'. And her answer was, 'Kami pun baru ja kenal dia'.

After the Engagement, I called her to get an update. And she suprised me again with, 'Kami nak nikah raya ke-3 nanti'. Not that I terkejut dia nikah dulu dari I, just that, is she the same girl who talked how worried she is that she had not idea when her day will come. Again, kuasa Tuhan, kita semua tak dapat nak jangka.

Apparently, both newly wedd known each other for 2 months. Envy them, dapat rasa manis berchenta selepas kawen. We dont really need years to know each other before decided to get married. When the right people come at the right time, we will know it. Just like that.

I am definitely happy for both of them. I pray that they have a blissful marriage and all the great things come along their way.

Ma, sangat happy that finally you met the right guy. Mmmuaahhx..mmuuahhhx

Masam Manis Adat Bertunang

Orang-rang tua selalu berpesan, dugaan bertunang sangat hebat. Sebab tu dipesan jangan bertunang lama-lama. Syaitan nye efforts berganda-ganda cuba nak pecah-belahkan pasangan yang nak mendirikan masjid. Kalau di awal pertunangan dulu, I can say semua okay. Maklumlah, I was still in the state untuk lebih mengenali pasangan. Pernah kawan-kawan bertanya, 'macam mana dengan dugaan bertunang?'. And I can proudly said, 'Alhamdulillah, everything went well'.

When the big day is approaching, about 2months from now, stress level mencanak naik. Im in a position whereby I agreed with almost everything. Dah tak sanggup nak pening kepala fikir design dais, fikir hantaran nanti macam mana dan I memang 100% serahkan pada yang pakar. If previously, I want to deco my own guestbook table but now I dah sub kepada the talented person. Sebab I dah tak mampu nk fikir,taknak serabutkan kepala lagi. Money? Still an issue for me. Pray hard duet segala bagai cukup.


My bertandang reception at KL was scheduled on the 25 Dec (X-mas Day) but FPIL decided to bring it a day forward due to some reasons. So, there it is, bertandang is on 24 Dec. I already booked the MUA for 25th, and bad luck my MUA not available on 24th. I have to let go that MUA and my deposit also burn unless ada replacement. So, to those yang nak kawen pada 25Dec 2011 dan belum lagi ada MUA,please consider my MUA. Hehe. And again I kena serabut kepala fikirkan MUA on 24th. I've been interested with Nurul Syuhada Nurul Ain's MUA. Jumpa her contact number at Renee's blog, straight away called her and betapa kecewanya I sebab Kak Laila tak available on 24th. Sobs. I.z pulak tiba-tiba bagitau yang his mom dah booked MUA for me. As for now, I redha, go with the flow dan terima any MUA. I dah taknak stress fikir dah. I always trusted I.Z's mom punya taste so I wont think much. 

I supposed to have the fitting session after Raya. But, I dont know how I can miss it until the tailor itself called me. So, I will go for a fitting next week and hope all my bajus turn out well. And my body still in shape as per measurement last 2 months. 

It can be concluded that preparation for Kedah's side almost 95% completed. And now, memang tengah focusing on KL's side preparation. Bulan October nanti memang kena start all out, termasuk settled legal documents for nikah, kad kawen, baju untuk majlis bertandang dan semuanya lah. Masa makin suntuk and I envy those yang ada banyak masa untuk prepare for their wedding.

Bila stress semua benda nak kena fikir dan penat..I tend to be easily temper. Yang mana sangat tidak bagus in any relationship. Pray hard that everything went well dan kalau boleh nak cepat-cepat nikah. Jadi, dugaaan yang paling besar, iaitu dugaan syaitan dapat dielakkan. 

Ya ALLAH, permudahkan lah segalanya. Moga kami berdua berada dalam lindungan Allah s.w.t.

Orange & Purple Theme Anyone??

For those who dare to try..why not purple and orange? We always came across combination purple and pink, orange and yellow. Why dont mix it together? Sooo vibrant.. Never thought to combine the color at all. Owh, terlambatt sudah.

Bridal Boutique/ Wedding Planner : Nothern (Kedah, Perlis, Penang)

For those Kedahan, you must find yoursellf struggling to find a Bridal Boutiqe (BB) & Wedding Planner (WP) that really suit your taste. I mean, it's really rare to come across those boutique yang design dah up-to-date, as we are approaching 3/4 of the year. 

The first thing, not all the boutique have their own blog/website/FB. Susah weh especially yang tak stay-bekerja di Kedah. Tak cukup masa nak round 1 Kedah cari boutique. I went back to my hometown early June masa wedding Hana, for 1 day sempat singgah 6 boutique only. Tu pun sekitar Jitra ja. The next day sempat pergi 2 boutique area Alor Star.

Finding?? Mengecewakan sebab masih ada yang buat pelamin back in 2009. Yang atas kerusi pengantin ada lengkungan bulat. Can u imagine what Im trying to say here?

Maybe all this while I tak amek tau all the wedding stuff. So, I kurang info bab-bab the best boutique and WP. 

The whole week I've been browsing, asked from friends and blogwalking and suprisingly I found few of BB and WP yang sangatt up-to-date. Hey hey, Kedah Boleh maa..

Btw, my findings ne only based on their dais decoration tau. Sebab I memang cari dais maker je sekarang. Bab baju, hantaran, etc I memang tak put into consideration yep.

(1) Ixora Bridal , Jitra

As for me, pelamin vogue pernah I tengok kat Kedah is pelamin Ayu Raudhah by Ixora. Makk aii, cantek sungguh. It costs a bomb jugak la kan? 

(2) Saidie Bridal (SB), depan Tesco Alor Star

Most of the bloggers mesti kenal Nasrah atau lebih popular dengan Si Kecil. Haa, pelamin dia from SB la. SB memang buat fresh flowers sahaja. Tapi hasil memang tersendiri, sangat kemas.

(3) Syamsyais,  Jalan Suka Menanti, Alor Star

Yang ne memang buat I whoaaahh je memanjang. I went through all their masterpiece and I was like 'where have you been hiding before?'. Over tak I? Serious, maybe Syamsyais dah famous dan ada class tersendiri but I je kot masih dalam tempurung still tak nampak dunia luar. Hihi. I straight away texted PakSu (the owner), pastu PakSu suruh add kat FB, I terus reply dah add, just tunggu PakSu approve. Gila excited kan perempuan ini?? Btw, boleh add FB PakSu at Mohd Syamin Syaidin.. Sebelum I dok beriya cerita I nak macam mana (eh, eh actually I dah cerita I nak macam mana), but then it was like a "PANGG" to myself. I kena berpijak di bumi nyata. Baru dengan penuh humble cakap budget I kecil sahaja. Haha. I selalu tau macam neh, tak sedar diri budget kecil tapi cita-cita/angan-angan besar. Menci tauuu!

(4) Butik KamarulnYani, Jalan Langgar, Alor Star

Pelamin garden memang meletopp. It's just that they dont comfortable to discuss on the price over the phone. They preferred face-to-face. Sangat penting for me untuk tau anggaran harga. So that takde I balik rumah keciwa tak mampu dengan harga yang ditetapkan. Mungkin balik Kedah next time masih boleh pergi discuss/survey kalau masa mengizinkan. Kalau orang berduet mungkin tak kesah berapa yang mungkin di charge, tapi bagi orang macam I yang tunggu gaji nak bayar sikit-sikit memang sangat takut nak bincang lebih-lebih tanpa tanya range harga terlebih dahulu. 

(5) The House of Red Gincu (THRG), Bayan Lepas, Penang

Among the earliest BB yang buat I tertarik. Tapi jauh la kan nak ke sana. Nak ke Bayan Lepas satu hal, transportation charge satu hal. Andd sekarang THRG tengah buat contest, hadiahnya Pakej Perkahwinan bernilai RM2000. Bolehlah mencuba. Make Up kat sini pun cantek.

(6) Gen's Great Idea (GGI), opposite SMSAH (Jenan), Jitra

My friend, Hana took the whole package from GGI. GGI punya hasil kerja memang superb. From hantaran, dais and I like the most about their make up. Tapi transporation cost nak ke Pendang sahaja pun dah melebihi upah Make Up, unless you are willing untuk datang Make Up di Boutique.I haruslah tak sanggup.

(7) Creative Finger (CF), Alor Star 

Yang ne baru lagik. Known about this from my friend, Liyana. Sebab her cousin baru je nak berjinak-jinak. Mungkin takde pelamin bersanding as for now, tapi looking at her work for hantaran, mini pelamin memang la tak mustahil CF boleh pergi jauh. How I wish, KakTi (the owner) boleh buat my pelamin. Hee

These are what I got from my findings. I pun masih confused/belum decide nak ambil yang mana. Mungkin terus mencari. Sebabnya I prefer yang takde nama, which is tak pernah buat projek besar-besar, so that harga tak tinggi melambung. Saya kais gaji, makan gaji sekarang. Jadi, have to calculate every single cents. Cheapskate kan? Hee

I will keep updated, if it happened that I came across other BB or WP yang superb.

Persiapan Bilik Pengantin

For Bilik Pengantin deco, I want it to make it own my own. Besides, I dont really fancy deco by Bridal Boutique. It's a little bit too much. I want it to be simple. Just the bed, matching bedsheet with curtains. A simple deco at the dressing table. A smells of the fresh flowers and that's all. Even I am not that creative, but I want it to have my own touch. Sentimental value sikit. I believed, everyone have their own taste right?

After majlis, khemah akan diturunkan, pelamin akan dibuka and what's left if my Bilik Pengantin pun dah jadi macam biasa balik. Oh no no.

At first I want my room to be all-white. From the curtains, bedsheet and everything in the room. But, since my mom sangat baek hati-murah rezeki. She volunteered to sponsor for the curtains...and bedsheet too.. Haha. Gembira tak terkata. Jadi, kena la ikot taste orang yang nak sponsor. I redha, asalkan tak kena keluar duet.

So, when we went Bandung last month, we took the opportunity to survey the curtains there. Lucky that we got Supir that know where to take us to the Pusat Langsir, or 'gordyn' as the people in Bandung called it. 

Lots of choices, the whole street are the shops that specialized in curtains.

Tengah pilih-pilih kaen.

Semua nampak cantek. I confused.

Ready-made curtain pun ada.

Banyak kan pilihan kaen atas meja tuh. I tak join discussion, sebab masa ne tengah dok bajet berapa meter nak beli dan sesi tawar-menawar. Almost 3hours here, sebab I rambang mata taktau nak amek yang mana. Seperti biasa, yang berkenan mahal. Jadi, terpaksa pilih lagik sampai dapat yang mana I rasa tak bebankan Mak I.

The price way cheaper there. Like for example, we can just get RM17/metre as compared RM28/metre here in Malaysia. My sis-in-law baru je survey harga langsir masa dia nak buat langsir for rumah baru. And she kept regretting if she just can wait not to buy the curtains before came to Bandung. I am not the expert in this thingy, so I just closed my mouth shut. Haha, besides I still excited kott my mon willing to pay the bills. If I were to pay by myself, absolutely I chose the one that cost RM8/metre. Kalau nak terus upah jahit pun boleh. Kena tambah sikit je. Memandangkan it took 4days, jadi terpaksa redha balik tempah kat sini which I believed it cost a lot. I terlalu susah nak percaya, yang upah jahit langsir memang mahal. Since Im the one to pay the upah jahit, I opted for simple tailoring ja. Haha. No scallop bagai, just jahit letak line putih tempat nak cangkuk je (owh, i dont know what we called that white stripe tuh).

Yeay, perihal curtains SETTLED.

So, as for the bedsheet. My mom bought it at Sogo masa jalan-jalan on my birthday haritu. Bukan warna puteh/cream idaman hati, sebab Mak cakap sangat tak praktikal. Nanti kotor macam mana? Susah nak jaga la and bla bla bla. Disebabkan Mak nak bayarkan, okey I ikut pilihan Mak. Siap beli bantal baru 4 bijik, over gilaaa kan? Haha, dah pillowcase dalam set tu ada 4 helai, harus beli bantal baru 4 biji. Then, I dengan muka tak malu, request kat Mak yang boleh tak I ambil balik bedsheet & bantal baru tu bawak balik ke rumah KL pas kawen nanti. Pastu Mak cakap, 'bawak la, kat umah bukan ada orang nak guna pun.hampa pun balik setahun berapa kali ja'.. I tak jadi nak riang ria senyum. Sentap kena perli. Haha

...Bedsheet SETTLED.

I macam konon-konon nak deco bilik macam English sket. So, small stuff untuk deco-deco boleh beli kemudian dan takde benda dah yang nak dirisaukan. Masa birthday haritu, my colleagues kasik frame gambar besar yang mana soooooooooooo English. Jimat duet lagik. Dah tak perlu beli. I've been eyeing the frame since April, tak sia-sia I dok ulang cerita kat my colleagues how I love that frame. Haha.

Rumah I kawasan bendang/sawah padi. Pada waktu malam telah lah banyak nyamuk Ya Rabbi. Boleh naek gila kalau tido kat umah I tak pakai kelambu. So, haritu kat facebook boleh pulak terperasan this one kelambu yang cantek gilaaa kot. Sesuai untuk pasang dalam bilik pengantin, tapi it costs me rm150++. Being a cheapskate, I terpaksa buat-buat lupa pasal kelambu tuh. Dan I rasa memang ditakdirkan I tak beli kelambu tuh, sebab I'd already forgot where to buy the kelambu. Hee...

Selesai perihal Bilik Pengantin.

Jadi, I perlu risau dan start fikir pasal pelamin pulak. Lalalalalala~

 

Wordless Wednesday #1 : I heart this cute HandBouquet

Terharu

I am touched. I am blessed. Ya Allah, Saya betul-betul tak sangka that Ting & Andung will come to my wedding. Even bukan majlis kt Kedah, tapi tetap rasa berbesar hati.

I ada list of friends yang mana I nak sangat hadir wedding mereka and same goes the other way round, which is I want them to attend mine too.

I have lots of friends from Sabah & Sarawak. Tapi yang close tak ramai mana pun. Jadi, I gigih message them personally, to ensure they are available during my BIG DAY. I kawen musim peak hours, so mesti akan clash dengan few friends yang laen. I cepat-cepat la booked dorang. Give the event details supaya mereka dapat tengok bila sesuai untuk book flight ticket.

I send the message last 2 weeks, and so happened Ting just updated me that she & Andung already bought the ticket. Oh my, rasa sangat disayangi. Sangat terharu. Thanks girls.. Really appreciate it.
